(Beaver Dam) Dodge County residents are encouraged to head out to the Fairgrounds this Saturday for “The Pull.” Fair officials say the daytime competition promises three hours of exhilarating, affordable fun.
They add that the Midwest Tractor and Truck Pullers Association is based out of southeast Wisconsin and will put on a show featuring trucks and tractors from all over the Midwest, including many local participants. Classes that will be a part of the event include barnyard gas trucks, outlaw gas trucks, pro gas trucks, muscle tractors, street diesel trucks, and outlaw diesel trucks, among others.
Gates open at noon and tickets can be pre-purchased online. Admission is $15 for adults while children 14-years and under are free with a paid adult. Officials note that cash and Venmo will also be accepted at the gate. A 50/50 raffle benefiting local fire departments will be held.
