A 16-year-old girl was injured after losing control of her vehicle and leaving the road last night. Authorities say the girl was driving on Highway E in the Town of Burnett near Butternut Road when the car hit the gravel portion of the roadway and hit an embankment. The airbags deployed and the girl suffered only minor injures. She was treated at the scene. The accident happened just before 9 p.m.
