(Clyman) Two men charged with burglarizing a bar in Clyman are heading to trial. Twenty-one-year-old Kaleb Reardon and 19-year-old Matthew Schneider, both of Clyman, have waived their right to preliminary hearing on charges of felony Burglary. On March 31, a Dodge County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to Mercer T’s after a relative of the owners reported a break-in. A window on a door was smashed causing roughly $100 in damage. Alcohol, cigarettes and a money jar were taken, totaling over $400. The relative reportedly named Schneider as a suspect and he is roommates with Reardon. Authorities obtained a search warrant and allegedly found many of the missing items inside of Reardon’s apartment. Cash bond was set at $5,000 for Reardon while the Schneider had bond set at $750. If convicted, Reardon is facing over 19 years in prison and Schneider is facing roughly 14 years behind bars. An arraignment hearing is scheduled on May 8 for Reardon while Schneider is due back in court on May 22.
