(Columbus) With the two-year state budget being hammered out at the capital, an area legislators has announced a series of in-district listening sessions. State Representative Will Penterman is hosting three listening sessions this Saturday (April 22). The Columbus Republican will be at the Deforest Public Library at 9am, the 161 Building in Columbus at noon and at Madison College in Watertown at 3pm. Penterman says the sessions are being held on a Saturday to encourage as much civic participation as possible.
