(Waupun) SSM Health’s long-term care center in Waupun will see new ownership. The healthcare provider recently announced plans to transition ownership of three Wisconsin-based long-term care centers to Complete Care.
Pending regulatory approvals, Complete Care will assume ownership of SSM Health’s Christian Home and Rehabilitation Center in Waupun, along with facilities in Baraboo and Madison. Both organizations pledge to ensure continuity of care and a positive, seamless transition for residents and their care teams.
SSM Health team members are being invited to stay on with Complete Care. President of Care Continuum at SSM health Denise Gloede says they determined that residents will be best served by an organization that specializes in providing skilled nursing services with deep expertise, proven experience, and dedicated resources to ensure the long-term vitality of these important care communities.
SSM Health will continue to own and operate the St. Frances Home Community in Fond du Lac and Villa Rose in Mt. Calvary. Complete Care owns and operates nine other skilled nursing facilities in the state.
