(Fond du Lac) In conjunction with National Diabetes Month, SSM Health Greater Fond du Lac will be hosting a free diabetes management and prevention fair on Wednesday November 8 from 5pm to 7pm at the SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital, located on 430 E. Division St. in its Plaza Level Conference Center.
The fair will provide an ongoing community education that promotes optimal diabetes self-management, which reduces risks and/or slows progression of long-term complications related to diabetes.
Those that are attending who are borderline diabetic can also learn tips on preventing diabetes and living a healthier lifestyle. The fair will feature different resources, products, and keynote speakers.
