Spring Election: School District Referendum Results

(Juneau) A number of local school districts had operational referendum questions on the ballot during Tuesday’s election.  

Columbus sought to exceed the state’s revenue limit by $1.7-million-dollars for four years, which voters approved.

Dodgeland School District was looking to exceed the state revenue limit by $1.4-million-dollars annually for five years, but it was voted down with 1,191 no votes to 886 yes votes.  

The Randolph School District wanted to exceed the state revenue limit by $1.2-million for three years, which voters said no to.. 

The Waupun School District brought forth a $900-thousand-dollar operational referendum to district voters. That was approved with 3,014 yes votes to 2,524 no votes. 

 The Hustisford, Oakfield, and Watertown school districts all had operational referendum questions that were voted down.
