(Beaver Dam) The South Central Wisconsin Career Fair is being held today in Beaver Dam. The event brings together companies from throughout the region looking to hire candidates for current job openings.
Students who attend benefit by gathering information on possible job or internship opportunities and by gaining professional communications skills from speaking with company representatives.
The Department of Workforce Development will be on hand to assist students and the Jefferson Workforce Development Center will be on hand to help adult jobseekers with introductions and interview skills.
The South-Central Wisconsin Career Expo is being held at the Beaver Dam High School Fieldhouse from 9:30am to 2pm.
