(Portage) Shopko Optical opened a new center in Portage Tuesday. The facility will provide patients with comprehensive eye care services, including eye exams, contact lens fitting, and detection and management of eye diseases. It is located at 2921 New Pinery Road.
Shopko Optical CEO Russ Steinhorst says continuing to expand their comprehensive eye care services to local communities is something they look forward to accomplishing in 2023. He adds that they are excited to provide the high-quality eye care they have become known for over the last 40 years to the Portage Community.
Shopko Optical’s Kids in Focus program will work with the local Portage Lions Club to identify eligible children within the area to receive eye exams and glasses at no charge.
Shopko Optical also has a location in Beaver Dam, located at 820 Park Avenue.
