Portage, WI- Due to the Wisconsin River rising, Blackhawk Road, beyond Ulrich Road going east; West Lake Road, and West Lane Road have been closed by the Township of Caledonia in Columbia County. Travel will be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for a fire truck, ambulance, or Sheriff’s Deputy to access this area as the water continues to rise. We do not recommend anyone to be in this area at this time.
