Beaver Dam High School sophomore Brenna Rhodes has been named a finalist for the Wisconsin Prep Hockey Jinelle Siergiej Award, presented annually to the state’s top girls high school hockey player.
Entering Friday’s sectional final, Rhodes leads the state with 35 goals and 51 points (35 goals, 16 assists).
Other finalists are Adalyn Benson of Superior, Faye Brunke of Bay Area, Molly Wright of Eau Claire Area and Morgan Kivel of St. Croix Valley.
The winner will be announced at a later date.
