(Madison) The Wisconsin Public Service Commission is reportedly checking to see if a subcontractor violated state laws when it caused a fatal explosion and fire in Sun Prairie last summer. An employee of V-C Tech ruptured a natural gas line which caused the accident. At the heart of the matter is which entity is responsible for failing to mark the gas line’s correct position.
