Public Meeting To Be Held For Street Construction In Fall River

4/22/17 – A public informational meeting will be held on Wednesday for this summer’s $684,000 reconstruction of South Street in Fall River. Village President Jeff Slotten says that the meeting is open to everyone but says that discussion will be very specific for residents on that street. South Street is one of the main streets in the village. The project will repair or replace most of the roadway, gutters, sidewalks and update the water and sewer systems. The reconstruction will take place from the Main Street intersection to the 300 block. The public information meeting will be this Wednesday, April 26 at 6:30pm in the multi-purpose room at the Fall River School.
