“The Crusaders won their first conference match to go 1-0 in the trailways tonight. We were led with by Abbie TenNapel with 12 kills and 3 aces. Taylor Hoffman led the team with 20 assists. Lauren Ruis led the team with 33 digs. We had a great blocking night, led by Josie Buist with 1 solo and 2 block assists. Girls Golf
The Beaver Dam girls golf team competed at Six Mile Creek Waunakee. McKenna Nelson shot a one under 35 Waunakee to earn medalist. Mia Nortman and Jennifer Bennett each shot 57. Kamryn Albert and Lillianne Fister shot 59’s. For the team to finish in 6th. The team next travels to Oregon on Tuesday.

Dodgeland Update
“We opened our season tonight at the Dodge County Invite. Boys finished 2nd and girls finished 3rd. (7 schools had runners) Lomira won boys and Waupun won girls. Results on athletic.net. We had both individual champions in Mallory Kohn (17:59)and Nolan Wieneke 17:23) It was a new school record for Mallory as she cut off 32 seconds from her previous record. Other top 15 finishers for us were Brooklyn Borchardt 3rd; Gracie Schmitt 12th, and Jenna Schaalma 15th and in the boys race.
