“ It was great to see the team really come together and play good cohesive volleyball. I thought all of our players played within themselves today and made great decisions playing. We played pretty consistent the whole day at a high level. Attacking was spread out well and led by Emily Loging with 29 kills on the day. She attacked the ball well in spots and found scoring areas. We were our most consistent serving as well which was big in getting teams out of system. Anna Benisch led with 20 aces on the day. Our setters Lexi and Anna are finding a good rhythm leading our hitters into better positions. Emma Sampson continues to improve her blocking and is a force at the net. We had many digs today and I thought our back line played well and moved well today. “ Rio Coach JC Madorin
