Next Group Eligible For COVID Vaccine Will Not Have To Prove Qualifying Health Issue

(Wisconsin) The next group of people eligible for the coronavirus vaccine in Wisconsin will not need to prove they have qualifying health issues. The Department of Health Services says it will use the honor system during Phase 1c. Deputy health secretary Julie Willems Van Dijk says some people may be asked to sign a form, but no one will be asked to provide medical records or a doctor’s note. The Department of Health Service is opening vaccine eligibility to anyone from 16 to 64 who has one of several medical conditions. Those people will become eligible at the end of the month.
