(Watertown) The Watertown Police Department is conducting a death investigation. Officers were called to the 100 block of North Church Street at approximately 11:41am yesterday (Wednesday). Initial reports indicated that a woman was found unresponsive and lying in an alleyway adjacent to a business on North Church Street. Upon arrival, authorities determined that the woman was deceased. Officials say there is no current evidence to suggest that there is any immediate threat to the community.

(Fond du Lac) A Menasha teenager accused in an arson attack on a congressmanโ€™s district office has made his initial appearance in Fond du Lac County court. Caiden Stachowicz is facing charges of Arson, Terrorist Threat, Attempted Burglary, and Criminal Damage to Property. The 19-year-old allegedly set fire to Congressman Glenn Grothmanโ€™s office in the city of Fond du Lac on the morning of January 19th. The complaint alleges that Stachowicz did so because Grothman voted โ€˜yesโ€™ to require a sale of Tik Tok. 

(Columbia County) Columbia County Health and Human Services Department has launched a new recovery mobile app. Recover Columbia County allows users to find important resources that help in their recovery journey. County health officials say this application marks a significant milestone for the recovery community. The app is now available for download on both iOS and Android devices. 

(Columbus) A Wisconsin pilot killed during the Vietnam War has been accounted for. The Defense Prisoner Of War/Missing In Action Account Agency says Columbus native Lt. Col. Donald Downing was accounted for last month, almost 50 years after he was reported killed in action.
