(Waupun) With winter officially arriving, that means colder temperatures. The Waupun Police Department is reminding motorists about winter parking and the rules they must follow. Chief Jeremy Rasch says if there is more than two inches of snow, vehicles are not allowed to park on the street for 48 hours. He says they typically measure around 11:59pm to see if the ordinance can be enforced between the hours of 2am to 6am. He adds that enforcement the following morning is because the department of public works has to go back out and clean up the piles of snow, they may have missed the night before.โฏโฏโฏย
