Multiple People Injured Following Two-Vehicle Crash In Lowell

(LOWELL) Multiple people were injured following a two-vehicle crash in Lowell Thursday morning. Dodge County sheriff’s deputies responded to Highway 16/60 at Highway KW at 6:41am.

A northbound Chevrolet on KW failed to yield the right-of-way and struck an eastbound Camry. The 17-year-old female driver of the Chevrolet was taken by ambulance to UW Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A 16-year-old passenger also suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

A 42-year-old woman from Columbus who was driving the Camry had injuries that were not serious.

Since juveniles were involved, names are being withheld. The crash remains under investigation.

Assisting at the scene were the Clyman, Lowell, and Reeseville Fire Departments, as well as first responders, Beaver Dam Paramedics, Lifestar Ambulance Service, Flight for Life Medical Helicopter, and the Dodge County Emergency Response Team.
