(Beaver Dam) Moraine Park Technical College will be holding their 2024 Spring Commencement Ceremony on Saturday morning at Fond du Lac High School.
‘This Saturday, we have around 320 students participating in the commencement ceremony but over 600 graduates will earn their college degree.” Kristina Haensgen of MPTC told DailyDodge.com. “In total, Moraine Park awards over 1100 degrees each year- between the winter and spring ceremonies”
Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam President Angelia Foster will be the keynote speaker at the event. She’s excited for the chance to speak to the graduating class and appreciates MMC-BD’s relationship with Moraine Park.
“A lot of our team members come from Moraine Park. We have a long standing relationship (with them). We a lot of clinicals here.” Foster said. “ We love having them a part of our campus. Students make us better. They ask questions that sometimes we have been so entrenched into the work that we haven’t thought about asking.”
Foster has over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience and has been in her current role in Beaver Dam since March of 2020.
