Mobile Home Damaged By Fire In The Town Of Beaver Dam

(Beaver Dam) A mobile home in the town of Beaver Dam was damaged by fire over the weekend. The Beaver Dam Fire Department was dispatched to N8283 Kellom Road at around 1:04pm Saturday for a structure fire at the North Hills Mobile Home Park.

The fire department responded immediately and requested additional resources through the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System. The incident was upgraded to a working still alarm which brought in additional fire companies from surrounding communities.

Upon arrival, all occupants had already self-evacuated from the building. Firefighters immediately made entry into the home and began extinguishing efforts. Crews remained on scene for several hours to conduct salvage and overhaul operations.

The blaze was contained to the rear of the mobile home, however there was significant smoke and water damage throughout.
