Minor Injuries Reported Following Two-Vehicle Crash In Rosendale

(Rosendale) Minor injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash Monday morning in Rosendale. A 22-year-old Rosendale woman was northbound on State Highway 26 around 6:30am when she rear-ended a vehicle operated by a 31-year-old West Bend man who had slowed to make a left turn at Griffin Road. Both drivers were transported by Ripon Ambulance to St. Agnes Hospital (SSM Health) for treatment of minor injuries. The Rosendale woman was cited for inattentive driving. Highway 26 was closed between County Highway C in Winnebago County and Rose-Eld Rd for approximately one hour.

Deputies with the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office along with Rosendale First Responders, Rosendale Fire Department, and Ripon Ambulance responded to the scene. Also assisting in traffic control was Rosendale Police Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, and Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office.
