Supervised Agriculture Experience (SAE) Project:

I have three different SAE projects. I work as a Greenhouse Helper and Floral Attendant at Village Flower Shoppe. There, I have a variety of assignments such as filling pots with soil, sorting plants, helping customers, and completing whatever odd tasks my employers set up for me. Additionally, I work at the Mayville Golf Course, as a part of the grounds crew. My duties there include primarily caring for the flower beds by completing daily watering, fertilizing, and weeding. My last SAE project is working as a dishwasher, busser, and expo at The Meating Place. My main responsibilities are to maintain HACCP principles within the kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, cleaning off tables, and preparing dishes by adding garnishes before they are sent to tables.
