(Mayville) Authorities in Mayville have reported that a foreign object was located in a child’s Halloween candy. The Mayville Police Department says that a nail was found in a larger-sized Tootsie Roll by some trick-or-treaters.
They encourage if anyone finds a foreign object in their candy that was received in Mayville, to report it to the police department at 920-387-7903.
The agency adds that they want Halloween to be a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone, but ask that all residents be safe.
