(Mayville) The city of Mayville has a few road projects on the horizon in 2025. Mayor Rob Boelk says it is mostly mill and overlay.
“[We’re] anticipating we want all of our road ratings to be from 0-4 to be redone, but we don’t quite have enough money for that,” says Boelke. “But we’re going to a majority of [them] done.”
Boelk says one of those roads is River Dr., a road that residents have been voicing their concerns about. In 2026, the mayor says Allen St. and Muzzy St. will be redone.
“With our new sewer and water services, curb and gutter, the whole nine yards,” Boelk says. “So, that will be added to our list of water and sewer upgrades.”
The mayor says that 70% of Mayville’s water facilities are new.
