(GREEN LAKE) A driver whose passenger was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Green Lake County is now facing charges. Justen Poulson is facing felony counts of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and operating while revoked causing death.
Poulson is being held on a $50,000 cash bond. Authorities say a loaded pickup truck heading north on Highway A near Miller Road in the town of Green Lake collided with an eastbound pickup truck last Friday.
Poulson was flown from the scene by helicopter. His passenger, Kathleen Leow from Markesan, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the dump truck was also taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
