(Lodi) A Lodi man was formally charged Thursday in a weekend incident that left a woman with serious injuries. Emergency responders were called to a home in the Town of Lodi Saturday and found a woman with a broken neck. When deputies tried to take Brandon Meek into custody, they say the 50-year-old violently resisted arrest. When they used a stun gun on Meek, he reportedly told the deputies they were “all dead men.” He is charged with felony Second Degree Reckless Injury and Threat to Law Enforcement along with a handful of misdemeanors. Meek being held in the Columbia County Jail and has a preliminary hearing set for next Thursday.
