Local Administrator Receives InSideOut Leadership Award

(Horicon) InSideOut Initiative co-founders Joe Ehrmann and Jody Redmen recently announced that Michael LeBouton, the Athletic Administrator at the School District of Horicon has been awarded the InSideOut Leadership Award.

InSideOut Leadership equips athletic administrators with the practical tools and strategies to lead from the middle resulting in a clear vision for their puropose-based sports program.

Joe Erhmann says that the program ensures that an athletic programโ€™s investment in student-athletes goes beyond athletic ability, performance, and achievements. LeBouton says this program has given him a sense of revitalization in his work and has provided a structure to the character focus he has always valued in his athletic programs.

To date, InSideOut has impacted over 5,000 athletic administrators, 175,000 coaches, and over seven million students.

With the consistent support of the National Football League (NFL) Foundation and NFL teams, the program is in its ninth year and continues to create engaging content and effective strategies to positively impact school communities nationwide.
