(Columbus) Columbus residents are encouraged to enter their homes into the 2024 Holiday Home Decorating Contest. The contest is free and open to all residents living in districts 1-3.
All entries must be received by noon on December 11. The contest is limited to what can be viewed from the street side of homes at night. The homes must be illuminated between the hours of 5pm to 9pm.
A community vote will also be taking place, and further details will be provided on the Columbus Recreation webpage, the Columbus Commotion page, and the Recreation Facebook page.
Judging takes place from December 12 to December 19, with winners being notified on Friday, December 20 via phone call and email.
There will be first and second place awards for all three districts. First place receives a $50 Visa gift card, second place receives a $25 Visa gift card, and the overall winner receives a $250 Visa gift card.
