High School football teams across the state of Wisconsin hit the practice field for the first time today in preparation for the 2021 season.
Beaver Dam High School has a quick turnaround from their alternate-spring season just a few months ago. Like most teams across the state, BDHS handed out equipment on Monday and have their first workout today. “We’re excited to get back there.” Golden Beaver coach Brock Linde told DailyDodge.com. “It hasn’t been so long since we’ve seen the guys, but we are expecting about 100+ kids to show up and be hungry and get ready to get after a normal fall season hopefully.”
The Golden Beavers will head to West Bend for a scrimmage against West Bend East, West Bend West, and Oconomowoc on Friday, August 13th. Beaver Dam will open up their 2021 regular season on August 20th at HH Derleth Field against Menasha. That’s a game you can watch on DailyDodge TV.
