Green Lake County Crime Stoppers Helps Replace Road Sign

(GREEN LAKE) The Green Lake County Crime Stoppers recently replaced a sign on County Highway K. The sign was not a victim of vandals, but Wisconsin weather—high winds in particular.

Chief Deputy Matt Vande Kolk says they will freshen up some of their other signs too for the crimes’ tip program. He says tips to the program have led to solving crimes but also informed them about crimes they were not aware had occurred. He says it provides them with another valuable tool.

To phone in a tip to the Crime Stoppers program call 1-800-GET-THEM, that’s 1-800-438-8436. You can also text GET THEM to 847411.

The new sign on County Highway K was made possible by donations from Cole Propane and Drexel Lumber.
