Walker called approval of the contract Friday “a major step” in Sun Prairie’s recovery. Work is scheduled to being next week and is expected to be completed by the end of November. The project includes new concrete pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalk replacement, new traffic signals, and decorative lighting. Crews will also replace underground utilities.
