Good Karma Brands To Handle Operations, Sales Of ESPN’s Radio And Podcast Business

(Beaver Dam) Good Karma Brands, parent company of 95.3 WBEV and 1430 ESPN, have announced they will handle the operations and sales of ESPN’s radio and podcast business.

Founder and CEO of Good Karma Brands Craig Karmazin says the relationship with ESPN began over 20 years ago with GKB’s affiliate relationship with ESPN through our radio stations and has grown to encompass Florida-based bowl games with ESPN events, ESPN’s digital assets, and the recent purchases of their largest market radio stations. He adds that Good Karma is thrilled to now lead sales for ESPN Radio and ESPN Podcasts connecting advertising partners with passionate sports fans across the country.

ESPN Executive Editor and Head of Event and Studio Production Norby Williams says this latest iteration of their long-standing partnership with Good Karma Brands reinforces their commitment and ability to further grow the business. Williams says their strategy, goals, and passion for ESPN audio are very closely aligned with the Good Karma team and will lead to continued success and an unmatched experience for sports fans.

The deal, which involves revenue sharing, took effect on July 28th and GKB President Steve Politziner will led the company’s newest division.
