Glenna Irene Meador was born to Granville and Della (Howard) Meador on June 20, 1932, in Kell, IL. Glenna devoted her life to her family and found her greatest joy in raising her seven children. They were the center of her world, and she poured her heart into creating a loving home filled with faith, kindness, and unwavering support. In recognition of her dedication as a mother, Glenna was honored as Mother of the Year in Hustisford, Wisconsin, in 1972, an achievement that reflected the love and commitment she showed her family every day.

Alongside her family responsibilities, Glenna helped co-found Tracy and Sons, Inc. in Watertown, Wisconsin, contributing to the growth and success of the family business through her hard work, determination, and support.

Glenna was known for her warm hospitality and generous spirit. Family and friends were always welcomed into her home, where the comforting aroma of freshly baked bread often filled the kitchen, and her pantry was stocked with homemade treats lovingly prepared for those she cared about. She embraced the values of rural life, spending countless hours tending to her large garden, picking sweet corn, and helping milk cows. These simple pleasures brought her great satisfaction and reflected her strong work ethic.

A devoted Christian, Glenna’s faith served as the foundation of her life. She faithfully prayed for her children, grandchildren, and loved ones each day, finding strength and purpose in her relationship with God. Her quiet moments were often spent crocheting beautiful afghans, many of which became treasured gifts for her grandchildren and lasting reminders of her love.

Glenna also knew how to enjoy life’s adventures. She was a member of the Watertown Moose Lodge and looked forward to spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed trying her luck at the casino, especially at the slot machines, and cherished the excitement and fun those outings provided. An avid traveler, Glenna loved exploring new places and creating memories during the many trips she took in her RV.

Above all, Glenna will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family, her steadfast faith, her generous heart, and the countless ways she made those around her feel loved. Her legacy lives on through the family she cherished and the values she instilled in generations to come.
