Beaver Dam Post 146 White Construction’s Jeff Freund has been named an American Legion Baseball All-Star.
Through his first five games of the American Legion Baseball season, Freund is hitting a red hot .625 (10×16) with three doubles, three RBI and nine runs scored hitting leadoff. He also has six stolen bases in seven attempts. On the mound he has a 1-0 record in three appearances. He’s thrown 14.1 innings, giving up just four earned runs, for a 1.93 ERA and 1.326 WHIP.
The 2025 Beaver Dam grad will play in the American Legion All-Star Game at American Family Field in Milwaukee on Sunday, August 10th at 5pm after the Brewers host the New York Mets.
