Fond Du Lac Man Facing Homicide Charge Enters Not Guilty Plea

(Fond du Lac) The Fond du Lac man suspected of intentionally killing a motorcyclist has pled not guilty during his arraignment hearing. Mark Snider is facing felony Second-Degree Reckless Homicide and First-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety charges.

Elijah Sowin died of his injuries at a hospital after his motorcycle crashed into the driverโ€™s side of Sniderโ€™s vehicle on March 28th. The 68-year-old is accused of intentionally swerving his vehicle into Sowinโ€™s path. Charges against Snider are based on evidence collected at the scene and witness statements.

Fond du Lac Police Chief Aaron Goldstein says this was not an accident, but a deliberate and dangerous act that led directly to the death of a young man.

A plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 24th.
