2023 Fall River High School graduate Cullen Rauls helped punch Aurora University’s ticket to the NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Tournament on Saturday night.
Rauls scored a game-high 22 points as the Spartans edged Marian University (WI) 67-66 in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championship Game in Aurora.
The win secures Aurora’s automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament. The Spartans will learn their tournament opponent during Monday’s selection announcement.
Marian was led in part by 2022 Pardeeville graduate Derek Lindert, who finished with 10 points in the championship game.
