Election Results: Dodge County School Board

(Dodge County) There were several contested school board races on the April Ballot in the Dodge County area.

In the Beaver Dam School District, there were four candidates vying for three open seats on the school board. With all precincts reporting in, Heather Scholz had 1,984 votes, John Kraus, Jr. had 1,804, Marge Jorgensen had 1,761, while Steve Rydzewski had 1,370 votes.

In the Dodgeland School District, two candidates were running for a Juneau/town of Oak Grove seat. Alyssa Gahlman had 484 votes to Brittany Borchardtโ€™s 447.

Scott Firari secured 555 votes to Tracy Maltererโ€™s 486 for an open rural seat on the Hustisford School Board.

There were two open seats for the School District of Lomira Zone 3. Brenda Michels finished with 728 votes, Robert Wondra had 519 votes, while Kristen Mielke received 497.

There were also two open seats in the Randolph School District. Gary DeVries garnered 224 votes, Barbara Braker had 175, and John Stampfli finished with 118.

Five people are vying for three open seats on the Watertown School Board. Dan Voeltner was the leading vote getter in Dodge County with 1,411 votes, Tina Johnson had 1,224, Samuel Ouweneel had 1,177, and Jule Janowak had 955.

There are two contested races on the Waupun School Board. For the at-large seat, Karen Gibbs received 851 Dodge County votes while Stephen Chene had 292. For a city of Fox Lake and towns of Fox Lake and Westford seat, Jodi Schultz garnered 663 votes while Rebecca Droessler Mersch secured 253 votes in Dodge County.
