(Wisconsin) Green Lake, Columbia, and Dodge County voters saw school district referendum questions on their ballots.
The Fall River School District posed two referendum questions to voters. One sought to exceed the district’s revenue limit by $850-thousand-dollars per year for four years for operational expenses. Which was approved by voters.
The second Fall River School District referendum question asked to borrow $9.8 million dollars in funding to cover the costs to build a technical education space, make security and swimming pool improvements, and purchase an emergency generator. That questions was also approved.
The Markesan School District referendum question asked to borrow $26-million-dollars to pay for a school facility improvement project including renovations at the elementary building and Middle School. The district is also looking to make district-wide capital maintenance and building infrastructure improvements. With all precincts reporting, there were 1,607 YES votes and 1,347 NO votes.
