Dodgeland School District Survey to Gauge Priorities

(JUNEAU) Dodgeland School District residents will soon have their say on public education matters. The district will send out a survey in about a month, asking about support on a wide range of topics.

โ€œJust to try to gauge a level of where our communityโ€™s sense is and where theyโ€™d like us to go,โ€ said Superintendent Todd Greco. โ€œAnd thatโ€™s the direction we want to go; that weโ€™re aligned with community values.โ€

Greco says the district is facing a $700,000 budget deficit. Voters rejected the districtโ€™s request to exceed its revenue limit by $1.4 million annually for five years in a referendum in April.

The survey will be mailed to district residents, or they can fill it out online through the school district website.
