Dodge County Sheriff Holds Press Conference On Search For Missing Woman

(Clyman) The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is currently conducting a search for a missing person in the Clyman area. Law enforcement is looking for Crystal Rasch, of rural Clyman. The 37-year-old was last seen on June 11th wearing a black Dells sweatshirt. Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt says since Rasch was reported missing to law enforcement on the evening of June 23rd, they have been following leads and conducting searches at known addresses.

“We’ve done multiple searches at various addresses here in Dodge County and we’ve done extensive searches everywhere that we get any kind of a lead and that continues,” says Schmidt. “We will continue following all of those leads as they come in. And ask for the publics patience as we continue to do all of those things.”

Schmidt says they have brought in resources from in and outside the county to aid in their search including police agencies and sheriff’s offices. Interviews have been conducted with family and friends, law enforcement has and will continue to review social media activity, and an emergency operations center has been opened to coordinate resources.

Schmidt says this is an exhaustive investigation.

“Our staff has been called in on overtime…many of us have worked well into the night…and put in really long hours trying to figure out where Crystal went,” says Schmidt. “We have our entire patrol division…if they’re not out on patrol and their not at home sleeping…they’re in here working to try and find Crystal as quickly as possible.”
