(Juneau) Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt gave an update on their drug task force unit. The sheriff says they recently had a very positive meeting on information sharing.
“The other chiefs [from] Waupun, Beaver Dam, Mayville, Juneau, all sharing that they have never seen better information sharing between our agencies than we have right now.”
Schmidt says that the unit has been doing excellent work solving very important cases including one involving a Mexican drug cartel member being arrested in Juneau with large amounts of methamphetamine, and other drug-related cases across the county.
