(Juneau) The 2024 Dodge County Plat Book is now available for purchase. The book serves as a map for every municipality in the county and shows property ownership as well as hunting lands. Dodge County Clerk Karen Gibson says the book was officially released on Monday, December 4th. She notes that this is the first plat book published since 2020.
“We sell them at the county clerk’s office…they’re produced by our Dodge County Land Information and Land Resources and Parks Department in house,” says Gibson. “We sell them out of the county clerk’s office for $32 dollars each. If you want to do it through the mail, [there is] a $4 dollar per book shipping and handling fee.”
Gibson says that those wishing to purchase the book must use either cash or check, adding that credit card payments are not accepted. The clerk says the books make a good stocking stuffer gift for the holidays.
The county clerk’s office is located in the Administration Building at 127 East Oak Street in Juneau. Those buying the book in person are asked to use the Miller Street entrance.
