Dodge County Nonprofits Can Apply Now for Grants Up to $2,500

(BEAVER DAM) Nonprofits working to improve life in Dodge County have a shot at some funding — and the deadline is just weeks away.

The Beaver Dam Area Community Foundation is now accepting applications for the first of its two Community Fund grant cycles this year. The competitive grants range from $500 to $2,500 and are designed to support projects that strengthen the well-being of people across Dodge County.

The money comes from local donors who want to see their charitable dollars stay in the community and address real needs close to home.

Organizations with 501(c)(3) status that serve Dodge County are encouraged to apply. The foundation is looking for proposals that tackle local challenges, improve quality of life and help build a stronger, more vibrant community. Grants often support work in education, health care, human services, the arts and community development.

Applications are due March 31. Nonprofits can apply online at beaverdamacf.com.

“The Community Fund reflects the heart of our donors — people who care deeply about the health and future of the Beaver Dam area,” foundation President Tom Heffron said in a statement. “We’re proud to support nonprofits that are doing vital work every day, and we look forward to reviewing this year’s impactful proposals.”
