(Juneau) Dodge County employees have been receiving free CPR training. The opportunity grew out of a partnership between Dodge County Emergency Management and Dodge County Public Health along with a coordinated effort from emergency management’s preparedness coordinator.
County officials say cardiac arrest events can happen anywhere and at any time, adding that by learning how to provide high-quality CPR and how to use an AED they can increase the chances of survival.
To date, the effort has provided CPR training to over 100 Dodge County employees.
-Pictured are supervisors from our Highway Department, Emergency Management and one of our dedicated instructors. All of these individuals are dedicated to ensuring their departments are trained and equipped to respond to cardiac arrest events.
