Dodge County Clean Sweep Is Returning

(BEAVER DAM) Dodge County’s Clean Sweep program returns next week. It allows residents to dispose of unwanted pesticides, household products, and chemicals safely and legally. Dodge County Board Chairman Dave Frohling says the hazardous materials can be collected for a $10 fee per vehicle.

“Basic household chemicals are accepted…carburetor cleaner…contaminated fluids…[those] types of things,” says Frohling. “Even agricultural fungicides…herbicides are acceptable but we like to have the ag folks pre-register so we know what is coming.”

Clean Sweep is at the Dodge County Highway shop on N8856 Highway A in Beaver Dam. It starts at 8am on August 23rd and goes until noon.
