(Watertown) The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has made another arrest following an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
It started after the agency received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. This resulted in the arrest of Michael Smulders of Watertown.
The 70-year-old was booked into the Dodge County Jail and is facing charges of Possession of Child Pornography.
