(Columbus) The Columbus Council approved an amendment to the Cardinal Heights final plat. The amendment calls for the adjustment to Lot 1 lot line out by six feet, thus making it bigger and helping its development.
The subdivision will be located at 1400 Park Avenue, better known as the Dingee Farm Property. The lot is set to have a 42-unit apartment complex featuring a mix of single-family housing and multi-family housing, with 16 residential lots, along with the original farmhouse
