(Beaver Dam) Beaver Dam’s Church Health Services is searching for a new executive director. The position had been filled by Thea O’Connor who is leaving the role. The nonprofit is a Christian-based healthcare organization that provides dental, mental health, and medical services for the low income uninsured and underinsured.
The executive director serves as the chief executive leader of Church Health Services. This individual provides visionary and strategic leadership to advance the organization’s mission and is responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and programmatic functions.
This includes responsibility for fundraising, grant writing, financial development, public relations, advocacy, and community engagement.
