(Beaver Dam) Two-vehicles collided on North Spring Street outside a Subway restaurant Friday afternoon. Beaver Dam Police Chief John Kreuziger says the accident occurred around 1pm and might possibly include a third vehicle but a determination on the extent of the crash has yet to be made. An ambulance was called to the scene. There is no word given on the number of individuals injured.
